  • In the event that any Regulatory Authority issues or requests a recall or takes a similar action in connection with a Global Licensed Product, Novartis will have the sole right to decide whether to conduct a recall and the manner in which any such recall will be conducted.

Global Licensed Product means, on a Global Target Pair-by-Global Target Pair basis, a product containing or comprising (or using as part of a Combination Product) a Global Licensed Antibody as an active ingredient, and all formulations, dosages and delivery systems thereof; provided that, a Global Licensed Product does not include any Antibodies, compounds or products of Xencor or any of its Affiliates other than the Global Licensed Antibody contained in or comprising such Global Licensed Product.
