Global Licensed Product definition

Global Licensed Product means, on a Global Target-by-Global Target basis [***]
Global Licensed Product means any Licensed Product directed to the Global Licensed Target.

Global Licensed Product means (i) if Genzyme exercises the Co-Co/Global Options for ALN-AS1 pursuant to the Master Agreement, then ALN-AS1 as of the applicable Option Exercise Date, (ii) if Genzyme exercises the Global Option or the Trailing Global Option for any Global Option Product pursuant to the Master Agreement, then such Global Option Product as of the applicable Option Exercise Date, (iii) if Genzyme exercises the Additional Global Option for any Global Option Product pursuant to the Master Agreement, then such Global Option Product as of the applicable Option Exercise Date, and (iv) if Genzyme exercises a Back-Up Option for any Back-Up Product pursuant to Section 7.1.5 (Back-Up Products), then such Back-Up Product as of the date of delivery of the Back-Up Option Exercise Notice, in each case (i) through (iv) above, for as long as the Global License Terms apply to ALN-AS1, such Global Option Product or such Back-Up Product.
Global Licensed Product means the Global AT3 Licensed Products (as defined in the A&R AT3 License Terms) for so long as the A&R AT3 License Terms apply to any such Global AT3 Licensed Products.

  • Retail license means one of the following licenses issued under this title:

  • Licensed Compound means a TAK-385 Licensed Compound or a TAK-448 Licensed Compound.

  • U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
