In the event that any Regulatory Authority issues or requests a recall or takes a similar action in connection with a Global Licensed Product, Novartis will have the sole right to decide whether to conduct a recall and the manner in which any such recall will be conducted.
Novartis will be responsible for the creation, preparation, production, reproduction and filing with the applicable Regulatory Authorities, of relevant written sales, promotion and advertising materials relating to each Global Licensed Product for use in the Novartis Territory.
