Global Policy definition

Global Policy means the Global Personal Trading Policy applicable to all Credit Suisse employees, a copy of which will be provided to all Advisory Persons.
Global Policy means (a) this VALORANT Global Competition Policy and each Appendix attached hereto; and (b) any updates, amendments or supplements to the foregoing.
Global Policy means a globally and uniformly applied upon the alienation of Equity in or the sale of businesses of the Multinational Affiliates of a Multinational Business imposed by that Multinational Business or by a regulator which has lawful jurisdiction over that Multinational Business or by any law of application to the Multinational Business. Where the Global Policy is imposed by a regulator or by law, such Global Policy must substantially have been in existence prior to the date of promulgation of the Act;

More Definitions of Global Policy

Global Policy means a global Internet number resource policy, as defined in Section 6 of the ASO MoU.
