Global Portfolio definition

Global Portfolio means, on any given date, the outstanding nominal value of all Purchased Receivables excluding the Written-off Receivables;
Global Portfolio means, on any given date, the Outstanding Nominal Value of all the Receivables existing and acquired by the Purchaser, after exclusion of the Written off Receivables in EUR and Ineligible Receivables for Purchase on that date. Group means, in respect of any entity at any time, such entity and its Affiliates for the time being.

Global Portfolio means all Notes Receivable originated by Borrower or its Affiliates and serviced or previously serviced by Borrower or its Affiliates.
Global Portfolio means, on any given date, the sum of the Global Portfolio in EUR and the EUR Amount of the Global Portfolio in CAD, the Global Portfolio in GBP and the Global Portfolio in USD.
Global Portfolio means Borrower’s entire portfolio of Mortgage Loans serviced or required to be serviced under any agreement with any Person (including any Agency) that is not an Affiliate of any Obligated Party pursuant to which Borrower acts as servicer of Mortgage Loans, whether or not any of such Mortgage Loans are owned by such Person, including, with respect to Mortgage Loans held or guaranteed by Fxxxxx Mxx, the Fxxxxx Mxx Guides and the Lender Contract (as defined in the Fxxxxx Mxx Guides), with respect to Freddie Mac Mortgage Loans, the Freddie Mac Requirements.

  • Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

  • Non-Discretionary Portfolio Management Services means a portfolio management services under which the Portfolio Manager, subject to express prior instructions issued by the Client from time to time in writing, for an agreed fee structure and for a definite described period, invests in respect of the Client’s account in any type of security entirely at the Client’s risk and ensure that all benefits accrue to the Client’s Portfolio.

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.

  • Portfolio Management Services means management of the investment and reinvestment of the assets belonging to the Series, consisting specifically of the following:

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Timeshare or "timeshare property" means real property

  • Custodial parent means a parent awarded custody by a court decree. In the absence of a court decree, it is the parent with whom the child resides more than one half of the calendar year without regard to any temporary visitation.

  • Portfolio Securities or "investments" of the Series shall mean, respectively, such assets, net assets, securities, portfolio securities or investments which are from time to time under the management of the Subadviser pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Serviced Companion Loan Securities Any commercial mortgage-backed securities that evidence an interest in or are secured by the assets of an Other Securitization Trust, which assets include a Serviced Companion Loan (or a portion thereof or interest therein).

  • GreenPoint Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans, the Master Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2003, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and GreenPoint, as seller and as servicer, and as the same may be amended further from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans.

  • Non-Lead Securitization means any Securitization of a Note in a Securitization Trust other than the Lead Securitization.

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • GMAC GMAC Mortgage Corporation and its successors and assigns, in its capacity as Servicer of the GMAC Mortgage Loans.
