Global Product definition

Global Product means all Products set up in the XBID System and eligible to be matched in the XBID System;
Global Product means any pharmaceutical product consisting of or containing a Global Compound(s) in any dosage form or formulation or mode of administration alone or in combination with one or more other therapeutically active ingredients.
Global Product means a Global Genentech Soluble Receptor Product and/or a Global Genentech Target Modulator Product, as the case requires.

Examples of Global Product in a sentence

  • Any new materials shall be developed and prepared by ARIAD SWISSCO in its sole discretion, provided that ARIAD SWISSCO shall consider Global Product Positioning when preparing such materials and, upon written request by ARIAD US, provide a courtesy copy of such materials to ARIAD US.

  • Each Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to carry out the tasks assigned to it under the Global Product Development Plan.

  • The Global Product Development Plan shall set forth the specific Joint Development activities to be conducted by each Party and the timelines therefor.

  • All data and results (the “Joint Results”) generated by or resulting from the Global Product Development Plan, whether generated by one or both Parties, shall be owned jointly by the Parties and deemed the Confidential Information of both Parties, and subject to the restrictions on use and disclosure set forth in Article 12, with each Party deemed to be the receiving Party of such Confidential Information for purposes of Article 12.
