Examples of Global Registered Instrument in a sentence
Registered Instruments held in Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg (or any other clearing system) will be represented by a Global Registered Instrument which will be registered in the name of a nominee for, and deposited with, a common depositary for Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg (or such other relevant clearing system).
Such persons shall have no claim directly against the Issuer or the Guarantor in respect of payments due on the Instruments for so long as the Instruments are represented by such Global Instrument or Global Registered Instrument and such obligations of the Issuer and the Guarantor will be discharged by payment to the bearer of such Global Instrument (or the registered holder of the Global Registered Instrument, as the case may be), in respect of each amount so paid.
The Global Registered Instrument will become exchangeable in whole, but not in part, for individual Registered Instruments if (a) Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg is closed for business for a continuous period of 14 days (other than by reason of legal holidays) or announces an intention permanently to cease business, (b) any of the circumstances described in Condition 8 occurs, or (C) at any time at the request of the registered Holder if so specified in the Final Terms.

Restricted Instruments held in DTC will be represented by a Global Registered Instrument which will be registered in the name of a nominee for, and deposited with custodian for, DTC.
But that hearing has not yet taken place, and one possibility at hearing is that the commission concludes it does not have jurisdiction over that alleged safety violation.
The Issue and Paying Agent or, as the case may be, the relevant Registrar, shall arrange that any Global Registered Instrument registered in the name of a nominee for DTC be assigned a CUSIP number by DTC.
