Global Stock definition

Global Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share of Global.
Global Stock means the 6,370 shares of Global's Class A Common Stock and 1,129.552 shares of Global's Class B Common Stock to be issued to the Sellers, Executives and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at the Closing.
