SUB to, cooperate and use their reasonable best efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all appropriate action, and to execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered all such instruments and documents necessary or desirable in connection with the New Loan, on such business terms as are reasonably acceptable to each of CLJ and SNH and evidenced by instruments and documents which are substantially the same as those evidencing the GMAC Mortgage Loans.
