GMP Total definition

GMP Total means the sum of all GMPs, as set forth in all applicable Pricing Amendments. “Qualifications and Assumptions” shall mean, following Owner Parties’ approval, Design- Builder’s written statement of qualifications to, exceptions to, and assumptions in, a Pricing Amendment, all based upon the applicable Pricing Amendment Documents and the applicable Design Professional’s Statement of Incomplete Drawings.
