Gold Securities definition

Gold Securities means Securities of the iShares Physical Gold ETC Series. “holder” has the meaning given to it in Condition 2.
Gold Securities means Securities of the iShares Physical Gold ETC Series.

Examples of Gold Securities in a sentence

  • The FX Hedged Gold Securities include (i) The Royal Mint Responsibly Sourced Physical Gold EUR Hedged ETC Securities; (ii) The Royal Mint Responsibly Sourced Physical Gold GBP Hedged ETC Securities; and (iii) The Royal Mint Responsibly Sourced Physical Gold CHF Hedged ETC Securities (such Classes, together, the “FX Hedged Gold Securities”).

  • The Issuer may issue Gold Securities to investors against the delivery of Gold by way of payment for the issue of those Gold Securities.

Related to Gold Securities

  • Listed Securities means any Shares, Share Options, stock, debentures, debenture stock or other securities for the time being issued by the Company and officially quoted by ASX;

  • Related Securities means any options or warrants or other rights to acquire Shares or any securities exchangeable or exercisable for or convertible into Shares, or to acquire other securities or rights ultimately exchangeable or exercisable for or convertible into Shares.

  • BofA Securities means BofA Securities, Inc.

  • Purchaser Securities means the Purchaser Units, the Purchaser Common Stock, the Purchaser Preferred Stock, the Purchaser Warrants and the Purchaser Rights, collectively.

  • Offeror’s Securities means Voting Shares Beneficially Owned by an Offeror on the date of the Offer to Acquire;

  • Securities has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture and more particularly means any Securities authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.

  • Designated Securities means securities issued by an Insured, or by any Affiliated Entity, or by any Fund to which such Insured or any Affiliated Entity provides any services.

  • Exempt Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(d).

  • Equity-linked Securities means any debt or equity securities that are convertible, exercisable or exchangeable for Class A Shares issued in a financing transaction in connection with a Business Combination, including but not limited to a private placement of equity or debt.

  • Asset-Backed Securities means securities which:

  • Approved Securities means securities of any State Government or of the Central Government and such bonds, both the principal whereof and the interest whereon shall have been fully and unconditionally guaranteed by any such Government;

  • Foreign Securities means any of the Fund’s investments (including foreign currencies) for which the primary market is outside the United States and such cash and cash equivalents as are reasonably necessary to effect the Fund’s transactions in such investments.

  • CHESS Approved Securities means securities of the Company for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules;

  • Specified Securities means ‘equity shares’ and ‘convertible securities’ as defined under clause (zj) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009;
