Goldman Entities definition

Goldman Entities means collectively, GS Mezzanine Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, GS Mezzanine Partners Offshore, L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership, Stone Street Fund 1997, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Stone Street"), and Bridge Street Fund 1997, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇," and together with Stone Street, the successors in interest entities to The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Group, L.P.).
Goldman Entities. - shall mean The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Bridge Street 2011, L.P., Bridge Street 2011 Offshore L.P. and MBD 2011 Holdings, L.P., and any Affiliates of any of the foregoing that holds Equity Securities.
Goldman Entities means G▇▇▇▇▇▇ Sachs Direct Investment, GSCP Capital Partners 2000, L.P., GSCP 2000 Offshore BBOG Holding, GSCP GmbH Holding, L.P., GC Capital Partners 2000 Employee Fund, L.P., Stone Street Fund 2000 L.P., and Stone Street BBOG Holding.

Examples of Goldman Entities in a sentence

  • All shares of capital stock held or acquired by each of the Goldman Entities shall be aggregated together for the purpose of determining the availability and exercise of any right of each such Goldman Entity under this Agreement.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the Operating Entities.
