Golf Course definition

Golf Course means the 18 hole golf course constructed on the Pearl Valley Estate;
Golf Course means a commercially operated facility, whether publicly or privately owned, offering golfing facilities to the general public for a fee, including a regulation size golf course of not less than 9 holes and an average total of not less than 1,200 yards per 9 holes, that has a value of not less than $100,000, that offers food for sale to the public and that has adequate facilities for the sale and consumption of liquor. Golf Course means any turf areas designated and used primarily for the play or practice of the game of golf, including, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • The Purchaser shall make payment of the first such Subscription Fee to the Seller to pay to the Developer as aforesaid, such payment to be made by the Purchaser to the Seller on the Transfer Date, failing which the right to use the Golf Course, PV Club Facilities and PV Recreational Facilities shall automatically be suspended until the Subscription Fee has been paid.

  • The Bridges at Beresford Golf Course is open to the public, and may have more than one event scheduled on the same day.

  • Evidence of such coverage must be on file with Fox Hollow Golf Course, LLC.
