Hotels definition

Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

Hotels is defined in the Recitals.

Hotels means all applicant hotels, “Guest Accommodation” means all applicant GuestAccommodation.

More Definitions of Hotels

Hotels shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph A of the Background section.

Hotels means the hotel properties owned by the Partnership, directly or through any other entity, from time to time.

Hotels means individually one of the Existing HPT Hotels or one of the Additional HPT Hotels or one of the Texas Hotels and collectively the Existing HPT Hotels, the Additional HPT Hotels and the Texas Hotels.
