Hotels definition

Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

Hotels is defined in the Recitals.

Hotels means all applicant hotels, “Guest Accommodation” means all applicant GuestAccommodation.

Examples of Hotels in a sentence

• SCI acknowledges that the Station Marks and other non-exclusive marks not transferred to PropCo or its Designee may be temporarily used in respect of the Leased Hotels for a period (the “Interim License Period”) commencing at the onset of the Transition Period and continuing until the later of (i) the date on which SCI is no longer providing Transition Services under this Compromise and (ii) the date of termination for such license set forth in Annex 1 to this Compromise.

• We are licensed to operate under the Florida Division of Hotels not the Florida Real Estate commission which has different rules regarding emotional support animals and tenant rights.

Hotels shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph A of the Background section.

Hotels means the hotel properties owned by the Partnership, directly or through any other entity, from time to time.

Hotels shall collectively mean the Initial Hotels and any Future Hotels.

Hotels shall have the meanings set forth in the Recitals.
