Golf Course Facilities definition

Golf Course Facilities means, individually or collectively as the context requires, an eighteen (18) hole full-length golf course, golf maintenance center, clubhouse, dining room, bar, snack bars, swimming pool, golf pro shops, card rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, golf halfway houses and other facilities and services consistent with the operation thereof.
Golf Course Facilities means and refer to the golf course and related facilities developed in conjunction with and adjacent to the. Development, including the golf course, golf practice area, putting green, golf cart paths, golf pro shops, locker room facilities, food and beverage facilities and recreational facilities and all other related facilities.
Golf Course Facilities means (i) the lands where the Golf Course resides, (ii) the improvements utilized in the operation of the Golf Course, excluding the structures heretofore known as the club house, the annex, and the executive apartments and (iii) all entrances, exits, rights of ingress and egress, licenses and easements related to any of (i) through (iv) above.

Golf Course Facilities means (1) the Golf Courses, (2) the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill, (3) the Learning Center, (4) the clubhouse at Ash Brook and (5) certain Ancillary Facilities all owned by the County. For purposes of this Agreement, unless specifically stated otherwise, Golf Course Facilities shall not include the Concessionaire Facilities defined above.
Golf Course Facilities means the Legacy Ridge Golf Course heretofore acquired by the City and operated by the Enterprise, the Heritage at Westmoor Golf Course to be constructed, acquired and equipped with the proceeds of the 1998 Bonds and any other golf course facilities hereafter acquired by the City and operated by the Enterprise including without limitation, land, improvements, structures, fixtures, equipment and furnishings, and appurtenances incidental thereto, and any other facilities the revenues of which are pledged to the payment of the Bonds as described in clause (ii) of the definition of "Gross Income."

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
