Related Goods and Services definition

Related Goods and Services means, collectively, the services, data loggers, shipping materials and other products and services (other than the lease of the Containers) relating to use, monitoring and transport of the Containers, in each case as offered to FedEx from time to time by CryoPort hereunder as described in Schedule 3 or otherwise agreed upon in writing by the parties, “Related Good or Service” shall mean any of the Related Goods or Services.

Examples of Related Goods and Services in a sentence
