Google Sponsored Links Program definition

Google Sponsored Links Program or “GSLP” or “Services” means the program under which advertisements are provided to Customer and Its End-Users by Google, and displayed by Customer on Its Site according to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Google will assist Customer in providing the Google Sponsored Links Program, whereby Google shall provide Sponsored Links to Customer and its End Users according to the terms of this Agreement and no later than the delivery date (“Test Date”) indicated on the table below.

  • In the event Google creates an online tool which provides online reporting with respect to the Google Sponsored Links Program, and Google makes such tool available to its customers, then Google will provide Customer with access to such tool at no charge.

  • Customer's license to Google shall be expressly limited to Google specifically referencing Customer as a customer only of the Google Sponsored Links Program and shall not include any reference that Customer utilizes any other Google product (including without limitation any Google search product) or any reference that is ambiguous enough to cause confusion as to whether Customer uses any other Google product other than pursuant to this Agreement.

  • If selected on an Order Form, Google shall provide compensated linked advertisements through the Google Sponsored Links Program (“Sponsored Links") as further set forth herein (“GSLP”), which shall be implemented at the uniform resource locator(s) (“URL(s)”) wholly owned and operated solely by Customer and identified on such Order Form (collectively, the “Site”).

  • Customer agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to implement the Google Sponsored Links Program, and Google agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer [***] INDICATES THAT CERTAIN INFORMATION IN THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 24b-2.

Related to Google Sponsored Links Program

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due.   • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Dependent care assistance program or "DCAP" means a benefit plan whereby school employees may pay for certain employment related dependent care with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 129 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
