Governing Law State definition

Governing Law State means the State of New York.
Governing Law State means law of the state as set forth on Annex A of this Agreement opposite such term governing the Agreement absent applicable federal law, including federal common law.
Governing Law State means the state or territory specified as such in the Agreement Details.

Examples of Governing Law State in a sentence

  • Borrower and Bank agree and consent to be subject to the personal jurisdiction of any state or federal court located in the Governing Law State so that trial shall only be conducted by a court in that state.
