Governing power definition

Governing power means the individual, agency, group, or corporation appointed, elected, or otherwise designated, in which the ultimate responsibility and authority for the conduct of a hospital, high-risk perinatal practice, genetic testing facility, or prenatal diagnostic facility are vested.
