Governing Regulatory Documents definition

Governing Regulatory Documents means (i) the DOJ Consent Decree (ii) the Preservation of Assets Order and (iii) the FCC Order.
Governing Regulatory Documents means (i) the DOJ Consent Decrees, (ii) the FCC Order and (iii) the Preservation of Assets Orders. “Governmental Authority” means any nation or government, any state or other political subdivision thereof, any entity, authority or body exercisingexecutive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, any court, tribunal or arbitrator, and any self-regulatory organization.
Governing Regulatory Documents means (i) the DOJ Consent Decree and (ii) Preservation of Assets Stipulation and Order signed by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on July 6, 2005.

  • Regulatory Documents means the prospectus, annual report, semi-annual report and any other document required under applicable federal securities law to be delivered by the Trust to Fund shareholders.

  • Regulatory Filings means all applications, filings, dossiers and the like submitted to a Regulatory Authority in a particular jurisdiction for the purpose of obtaining Regulatory Approval of a Licensed Product from that regulatory authority with respect to such jurisdiction. Regulatory Filings shall include, but not be limited to, all INDs and Drug Approval Applications for Licensed Product.

  • Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.
