Government Affiliate definition

Government Affiliate is an Affiliate, ministry, bureau, department, agency, government corporation or any other entity chartered or established by the Government.
Government Affiliate means any Governmental Authority of France or Germany or any other Person Controlled, directly or indirectly (other than by virtue of a government's inherent regulatory or statutory powers to control persons or entities within its jurisdiction), by any such Governmental Authority, provided that FT, DT, Atlas and any other Person directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, Controlled by FT, DT or Atlas shall not be Government Affiliates.
Government Affiliate means an affiliate, ministry, bureau, department, agency, public authority, government corporation or any other entity chartered or established by the Government.

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided, any reference to the Government Responsibilities or any other responsibilities or obligations of the Government herein shall be deemed to apply to any Government Affiliate and any of their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, grantees, sub-grantees, agents or representatives.

  • The execution, delivery and performance by the Ministry of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated herein (i) have been duly authorized by all necessary action on the part of the Government and (ii) will not violate (1) any applicable law or regulation or (2) any obligation of the Government, any Government Affiliate, including the Ministry and MCA-Vanuatu.

Government Affiliate means any political sub-division, ministry, department, authority linked to the central government of the Republic of Ecuador, or statutory corporation (whether autonomous or not) of or any corporation or other entity which is controlled or (as to 50% or more of its issued share capital or the equivalent thereof) owned, directly or indirectly, by such state or its government and/or one or more such agencies.

  • Government store means a store established by the Board for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
