  • Unless otherwise expressly provided, any reference to the Government Responsibilities or any other responsibilities or obligations of the Government herein shall be deemed to apply to any Government Affiliate and any of their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, grantees, sub-grantees, agents or representatives.

  • Government Representative means any officer or employee of the state or a political subdivision thereof, or a person under contract with a state agency or political subdivision thereof.
