Government Authorisation definition

Government Authorisation means any consent, approval, authorisation, sanction, permission, waiver, order, registration, filing, clearance, qualification, license, permit, certificate or declaration from an applicable Governmental Authority.
Government Authorisation means all approvals, consents, authorisations, permits, clearances, licences or other requirements that are required from any Government Agency for the Supplier to perform its obligations under the Order;
Government Authorisation means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the provisions of Services or performance by the Operator of its obligations under this Contract.

Examples of Government Authorisation in a sentence

  • The first section of each report shall also summarise any problems regarding any material Government Authorisation or Government Authorisation application that may affect the Company’s performance under this Agreement, the Power Purchase Agreement.

  • If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 11B.1(f) as a result of the Company’s inability to obtain a necessary Government Authorisation, the GOB shall pay the Company the compensation amount set forth in Row II of the Compensation Table in Schedule 2.

  • The GOB shall ensure that the Bangladesh Bank gives any general or specific permission or Government Authorisation required under the Exchange Regulations Act to authorise any of the accounts, transfers, conversions or transactions expressly provided in this Section 8.

  • If the Company or any of the Contractor(s) fails to abide by any terms or conditions of any Government Authorisation, then the exercise by the GOB or any Relevant Authority of a power pursuant to the Laws of Bangladesh in respect of such failure shall not of itself constitute a breach of this Agreement by the GOB, a Force Majeure Event under Section 11.1 or a Political Event under Section 11A.1, or a GOB Event of Default under Section 13.2.

  • No clerk shall be required to take a vacation that would reduce their accumulation of annual leave below 440 hours at the end of the leave year being bid.

  • Government Authorisation to commission, startup and operate the Facility based on the implementation of measures identified in the EIA (“Environmental Clearance Certificate”).

  • Government Authorisation for the installation, construction and operation of a deep tube well at the Site.

  • Government Authorisation for opening and operating on-shore Dollar and off-shore Foreign Currency bank accounts, as expressly provided in Section 8.2 of the Implementation Agreement.
