Government Authorization definition

Government Authorization means any consent, license, franchise registration, certification, certificate of public convenience, authorization or permit issued, granted, given or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Government Entity or to any Legal Requirement.

• To the Knowledge of the Seller, no event has occurred that, with or without notice or lapse of time or both, would reasonably be expected to result in the revocation, suspension, lapse or limitation of any Government Authorization set forth in Part 2.8(b) of the Disclosure Letter.

More Definitions of Government Authorization

Government Authorization means all Authorizations, including any Environmental Approvals, issued to, or required by, the Corporation or any of the Subsidiaries by or from, any Government Authorities.
