Government Contract Bids definition

Government Contract Bids has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.14(a).
Government Contract Bids means quotations, bids and proposals for awards of new Government Contracts applicable to the Business made by the Company for which no award has been made and for which the Company believes there is a reasonable prospect that such an award to the Company may yet be made.
Government Contract Bids means any quotations, bids and/or proposals for awards of new Contracts with a Governmental Entity.

Examples of Government Contract Bids in a sentence

  • Each representation and/or certification made by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that it was a small business concern and/or was qualified for other preferential status in each of its Government Contracts and Government Contract Bids was current and accurate as of its effective date.

  • Seller has not received any written notice of any outstanding material claims or contract disputes to which Seller is a party (i) relating to the Government Contracts or Government Contract Bids and involving either the Government, any prime contractor, any higher-tier subcontractor, vendor or any third party; or (ii) relating to the Government Contracts under the Contract Disputes Act or any other federal statute.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries do not have any Government Contract Bids outstanding directly with a Governmental Entity.

  • This representation includes all Government Contracts entered into or performed by the Seller since its inception, and all active or expired Government Contract Bids.

  • The Company has delivered or made available to Buyer true and complete copies of all Current Government Contracts and of all Government Contract Bids.

  • Provide information or assistance needed by Owner in the course of any review of proposals or negotiations with prospective contractors.

  • The Companies have complied with all Requirements of Law relating to Government Contracts and Government Contract Bids or Proposals.

  • The Company has made available to Buyer true and complete copies of all Current Government Contracts and of all Current Government Contract Bids, including any and all amendments and other modifications thereto and has provided access to Buyer to true and correct copies of all documentation related thereto requested by Buyer, except where the Company is precluded from doing so under applicable Government security restrictions, if any.

  • The representations, certifications and warranties made by the Company and each of its Subsidiaries with respect to the Government Contracts or Government Contract Bids were accurate as of their effective dates, and the Company and each of its Subsidiaries has fully complied in all material respects with all such certifications.

  • No Person has notified the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in writing or, to the Knowledge of the Company, orally that any Governmental Authority, prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor under a Current Government Contract intends to seek the Company’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ agreement to lower rates under such Current Government Contract or Government Contract Bids, including any task order under any Government Contract Bids.
