Government Laws definition

Government Laws means all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and security directives imposed by any federal, state, local, or other government agencies including, but not limited to, those imposed during or because of a national emergency, war, civil unrest, or any terrorist activity.

  • This section does not alleviate Owner’s burden to maintain documents that are subject to this Agreement and subject to Open Government Laws for a period of time consistent with the state record retention laws.

  • In no event shall the BOR or any of its agents, representatives, consultants, directors, officers or employees be liable to the Concessionaire for the disclosure of all or a portion of any information or material pursuant to a request under the Open Government Laws.

  • The BOR will not advise the Concessionaire as to the nature or content of documents entitled to protection from disclosure under the Open Government Laws, as to the interpretation of such laws, or as to definition of “confidential” or “proprietary” as such terms are used under the Open Government Laws or other applicable provisions of law.

  • As of the Self-Government Implementation Date, the Statutory Instruments Act will not apply to Métis Government Laws.

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant Government Laws and Regulations, Equipment Standards and National Building Code.

  • Neither the GWCCA nor Invest Atlanta will advise StadCo as to the nature or content of documents entitled to protection from disclosure under the Open Government Laws, as to the interpretation of such laws, or as to definition of “confidential” or “proprietary” as such terms are used under the Open Government Laws or other applicable provisions of law.

  • Government Lists means (i) the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons Lists maintained by Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), (ii) any other list of terrorists, terrorist organizations or narcotics traffickers maintained pursuant to any of the Rules and Regulations of OFAC that Lender notified Borrower in writing is now included in “Governmental Lists”, or (iii) any similar lists maintained by the United States Department of State, the United States Department of Commerce or any other government authority or pursuant to any Executive Order of the President of the United States of America that Lender notified Borrower in writing is now included in “Governmental Lists”.

  • Government List means any of (i) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of Commerce (Denied Persons and Entities), (ii) the list maintained by the United States Department of Treasury (Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons), and (iii) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of State (Terrorist Organizations and Debarred Parties).

  • Government of Venezuela means the government of any political subdivision of Venezuela, and any agency or instrumentality of the government of Venezuela.

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

  • Government Body means any domestic or foreign federal, state, municipal or other governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, or other body exercising or entitled to exercise any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory or taxing authority or power of any nature.
