Government Leases definition

Government Leases means those certain leases described on Exhibit E-1 through Exhibit E-14 by and between the applicable Seller and the United States Government directly or acting through the U.S. General Services Administration, as tenant (collectively, the "GSA"), for the use of the applicable Property by a Government Tenant, including all amendments and modifications thereof, entered into by and between the applicable Seller or any predecessor landlord and GSA, as they may be amended, modified and/or restated prior to the Closing in accordance with Section 5.3 hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the lease between the United States of America (BPA) and GPT Portland, OR 1201 Lloyd, LLC shall not be considered a Government Lease.
Government Leases mean, collectively, such Government Leases particulars of which are set out in Schedule 12, and “Government Lease” means any of them as the context may require;

Related to Government Leases

  • Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a)(viii).

  • Government agreement has the meaning given in the Government Agreements Xxx 0000 (WA);

  • Government Contract means any Contract between, on the one hand, the Company or any of the Subsidiaries and, on the other hand: (i) the United States government or any other Governmental Authority, (ii) any prime contractor to the United States government or any other Governmental Authority or (iii) any subcontractor with respect to any Contract described in clauses (i) or (ii).

  • Government List means any of (i) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of Commerce (Denied Persons and Entities), (ii) the list maintained by the United States Department of Treasury (Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons), and (iii) the two lists maintained by the United States Department of State (Terrorist Organizations and Debarred Parties).

  • Government Lists means, collectively, (i) the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons Lists maintained by OFAC, (ii) any other list of terrorists, terrorist organizations or narcotics traffickers maintained pursuant to any of the Rules and Regulations of OFAC, and (iii) any similar lists maintained by the United States Department of State, the United States Department of Commerce or any other governmental authority or pursuant to any Executive Order.

  • Government Entities means collectively, the United States of America or any other nation, any state or other political subdivision thereof, or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of government, including any court, in each case having jurisdiction over the Company.

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

  • Government of Venezuela means the government of any political subdivision of Venezuela, and any agency or instrumentality of the government of Venezuela.

  • Government Authorizations means all such approvals, consents, authorizations, acknowledgements, licenses or permits required to be issued by any Government Authority to the Company for the establishment of the Company or to the Company or the Contractors for the construction, financing, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Facility by the Company or the Contractors, including, without limitation, those Government Authorizations listed in Schedule 1;

  • Government Programs means (i) the Medicare and Medicaid Programs, (ii) the United States Department of Defense Civilian Health Program for Uniformed Services and (iii) other similar foreign or domestic Federal, state or local reimbursement or governmental health care programs.

  • Government Subcontract means a Contract that is a subcontract between the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective Affiliates on the one hand, and any third party on the other hand, relating to a Contract between such third party and (i) any Governmental Authority or (ii) another party where the ultimate contracting party is a Governmental Authority. Government Subcontract includes all bids and proposals submitted to any party that may result in the award of a Government Subcontract.

  • Equipment Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b) hereof.

  • Government Mortgage Loan means a closed-end First Mortgage Loan that is either HUD/FHA insured (other than a HUD 203(K) Mortgage Loan or a Title I Mortgage Loan) or VA guaranteed.

  • Government of Sudan means the government in Khartoum, Sudan, which is led by the National Congress Party or any successor government formed on or after October 13, 2006, including the coalition National Unity Government agreed upon in the Comprehensive Peace Agreement for Sudan and does not include the regional government of southern Sudan.

  • Government Property means all property owned or leased by the Government. Government property includes both Government-furnished and Contractor-acquired property.   • Government-furnished property means property in the possession of, or directly acquired by, the Government and subsequently furnished to the Contractor for performance of a contract. Government-furnished property includes, but is not limited to, spares and property furnished for repair, maintenance, overhaul, or modification. Government-furnished property also includes contractor-acquired property if the contractor-acquired property is a deliverable under a cost contract when accepted by the Government for continued use under the contract.
