Government or Governmental Authority definition

Government or Governmental Authority means any federal, state, local, foreign, international, multinational or other government and any political subdivision thereof or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of government.
Government or Governmental Authority means (i) the government of the United States, or any other state, provincial, local, or foreign government (as applicable), and any department, subdivision, agency, or authority of any of the forgoing or (ii) any court, tribunal or regulatory body having competent jurisdiction over Icosavax, the Foundation, Covid Vaccine, or any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as applicable.

  • During the past five (5) years, no Government or Governmental Authority contracting suspension or debarment action has been threatened or commenced against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or, to the Company's Knowledge, any of its directors, officers, employees, consultants or agents.

  • Relevant Governmental Body means the Federal Reserve Board and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Federal Reserve Board and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York or any successor thereto.
