Government sign definition

Government sign means any temporary or permanent sign erected and maintained by any city, public utility, county, state, or federal government for designation of or direction to any school, hospital, historical site, property, or facility, including without limitation traffic signs, directional signs, warning signs, informational signs, and signs displaying a public service message.
Government sign means a sign that is constructed, placed or maintained by the federal, state or local government or a sign that is required to be constructed, placed or maintained by the federal, state or local government either directly or to enforce a property owner’s rights.
