Government data definition

Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

Government data or “Government Property” means all property, equipment, data, documents, information, text, drawings, pictures, diagrams, images, sound or music, and any other materials of whatsoever nature (tangible or intangible) stored, presented or embodied in any medium, and which are provided or to be provided by the Government to the Contractor under or for the purposes of or in relation to the Contract or otherwise the Contractor has access; “Government Logistics Department” or “GLD” means the Government Logistics Department of the Government; “GovernmentRepresentative” means:
