Access shall be provided, to the extent necessary as determined by the Government, for the Government to carry out a program of inspection, investigation, and audit to safeguard against threats and hazards to the integrity, availability and confidentiality of Government data or the function of computer systems used in performance of this contract and to preserve evidence of computer crime.
The following clauses survive the expiration or cancellation of this Contract: Indemnification; State audits; Government data practices; Governing law, jurisdiction, and venue; and Data disclosure.
Additionally, if the contractor proposes to use, but not deliver, commercial computer software (including OSS), the contractor must ensure that such use does not: (i) create, or purport to create, any Government distribution obligations with respect to the computer software deliverables; or (ii) grant, or purport to grant, to any third party any rights to or immunities under Government intellectual property or Government data rights to the Government computer software deliverables.
