Governmental Activities means the provision of all governmental services and the conduct of all activities provided in connection or otherwise associated with the Lands and the Bypass by any Governmental Authority or Emergency Service Provider, and includes the MHI Activities.

Related to Governmental Activities

  • Governmental Actions means any and all consents, approvals, permits, orders, authorizations, waivers, exceptions, variances, exemptions or licenses of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any Governmental Authority required under any Governmental Rules.

  • Environmental Activities means the use, generation, transportation, handling, discharge, production, treatment, storage, release or disposal of any Hazardous Materials at any time to or from any portion of the Premises or located on or present on or under any portion of the Premises.
