Governmental Aggregation definition

Governmental Aggregation means a program certified by the Commission for the provision of competitive retail natural gas service under authority conferred by, inter alia, Section 4929.26 and 4929.27, Revised Code.
Governmental Aggregation means the gathering of the competitive retail natural gas service for the retail natural gas loads by a municipal corporation, a board of township trustees, or a board of county commissioners acting under sections 4929.26 or 4929.27 of the Revised Code or under section four of Article XVIII of the Ohio Constitution.
