No other authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any Governmental Board is required for the due execution, delivery and performance by the Agency of this Agreement or the due execution, delivery or performance by the Agency of the other Bond Documents.
In the event that any provision of this Agreement shall be declared by any Court, Governmental Board or Agency having jurisdiction, to be illegal or contrary to law, order or directive of any such Board or Agency having jurisdiction, then such provision shall be inoperative and without any effect upon the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
Any provisions of this Agreement hereinabove mentioned which provide for Union security or employment in a manner or to an extent prohibited by any law or the determination of any Governmental Board or Agency shall be and hereby are of no force or effect during the term of any such prohibition.
