Each Qualification and the continuance of each Listing is further subject to Company’s continued satisfaction of all applicable GP Compliance Program requirements and policies, including without limitation, those relating to such Qualification and Listing and Company’s maintenance thereof.
Company agrees to pay GP, and GP may invoice Company for, all fees and costs associated with Company's Qualification and participation in the GP Compliance Program as a GP Qualified Product vendor, including without limitation, initial Qualification fees, re-Qualification fees, Listing fees, and fees for review of applicable test results (collectively, “Fees”), in each case, as and in the manner specified by GP.
Qualification is conditioned upon Company’s continued compliance with all applicable terms of the GP Compliance Program and the terms of this Agreement and all other agreements with GP.
Company shall be accredited by GP in accordance with the GP Compliance Program, and shall be reaccredited every two (2) years in accordance with the GP Compliance Program, including maintaining its ISO 17025 or higher certification status.
Company shall comply with all reasonable GP requirements for assessing whether any Facility of Company for which Company is seeking or has obtained GP Lab Qualification are capable of testing the functionality of GP Compliant Products in compliance with GP Compliance Program requirements and procedures, as GP may establish from time to time.
All testing of proposed GP Compliant Products shall be conducted in accordance with the GP Compliance Program and using the then most current versions of the applicable GP Qualified Test Tools made available by the corresponding GP Qualified Test Tool vendor, which GP Qualified Test Tool in each case must have incorporated each applicable Mandatory Update released by GP in accordance with the corresponding plan of adoption issued by GP for such Mandatory Update.
