GPT Chair will have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.1 (GPT).

Following any GPT meeting, the GPT Chair will be responsible for preparing and issuing minutes of such meeting within fifteen (15) Business Days thereafter.
Subject to the terms of this Section 2.3 (Decision-Making), the GPT will act by decision of the GPT Chair.
