Grace Period Extension definition

Grace Period Extension is specified as applying in the applicable Final Terms, the provisions of this Condition 5.1(b)(v) shall apply. Where Conditions to Settlement have not been satisfied on or prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date but a Potential Failure to Pay has occurred with respect to one or more Obligations in respect of which a Grace Period is applicable on or prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date (and such Grace Period(s) is/are continuing as of the Scheduled Maturity Date), then:
