Grade Sheet definition

Grade Sheet means a reference document prepared by a qualified person showing the vertical depth and horizontal distance from a reference stake line (hubs) to the design invert of the utility. This document shall be prepared in a format satisfactory to the Director, Calgary Approvals Coordination;
Grade Sheet means a statement of courses completed, credits associated, grades awarded, grade point average and explanatory notes, issued in each semester.

Related to Grade Sheet

  • Visible sheen means the presence of a film or sheen upon or a discoloration of the surface of the discharge. A sheen can also be from a thin glistening layer of oil on the surface of the discharge.

  • Financial Statement Date means December 31, 1999.

  • Consolidated Financial Statements means, with respect to any Person, collectively, the consolidated financial statements and notes to those financial statements, of that Person and its Consolidated Subsidiaries prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Financial Statements Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.7.

  • Pro Forma means producing a balance sheet that reflects a reasonably accurate financial statement of the Failed bank through the date of closing. The pro forma financial statements serve as a basis for the opening entries of both the Assuming Institution and the Receiver.

  • Most Recent Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.

  • Unaudited Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).

  • Operating Cash Flow means the Company’s or a business unit’s sum of Net Income plus depreciation and amortization less capital expenditures plus changes in working capital comprised of accounts receivable, inventories, other current assets, trade accounts payable, accrued expenses, product warranty, advance payments from customers and long-term accrued expenses, determined in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.

  • Latest Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).

  • Year-End Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.4(a)(iii) of the Agreement.

  • Seller Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).

  • Funds Flow Memorandum means the memorandum setting forth the flow of funds at closing and the funding of the Term A Loans and Term B Loans, as approved by the Administrative Agent, and a related letter of direction.

  • Current Financial Statements has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.9.
