Grain warehouse definition

Grain warehouse means a facility in this state that is used to receive, store, or condition grain for others or that is used in the shipment of grain for others, except that “grain warehouse” does not include a transport vehicle.
Grain warehouse means any building, structure or other protected enclosure in the state used for the purpose of storing grain for a consideration.
Grain warehouse means any structure or combination of structures operated together, including the machinery and equipment used in connection therewith, in or by means or which grain is unloaded, elevated, stored, loaded for shipment, dried, cleaned, weighed, treated, conditioned or otherwise handled from producers of grain.
