Grand Lodge Representatives or his/her designated representatives thereof who fail to comply with the provisions of this Section shall forfeit their admission rights.
Subject to the following, the Grand Lodge Representative or his/her designated representative upon being granted admittance to the Company's facility under this Section shall confine his/her visits to the area or areas for which clearance has been requested and such visits shall be at the time specified.
A Grand Lodge Representative or his/her designated representative shall have access to areas in the Company's facility during work hours where employees in the bargaining unit defined in Article 1 herein are assigned.
On request from the local lodge, the Company will grant leave of absence without pay to an employee for the duration of his/her full time employment by the local lodge, or Grand Lodge of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers providing that the number of employees who at any one (1) time shall be granted such leaves, shall be mutually agreed upon.

Such leave is not to exceed ten (10) working days in any one year, except in the year of the Grand Lodge Convention, when an additional ten (10) working days will be granted to no more than two (2) delegates.

The Company shall continue contributions based upon a forty (40) hour week while an employee is off work due to paid vacations, paid holidays, other paid leaves, Negotiating Committee when negotiating contract, or on leave to serve as Grand Lodge Representative for the Union.
