Grant Deeds definition

Grant Deeds has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).
Grant Deeds has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(a).
Grant Deeds means the quitclaim deeds in the forms attached to ----------- Exhibit D, except that, with respect to the portion of the Transferred Real --------- Property located at the Xxxxxxx Station Site which is owned by a land trust, the term "Grant Deed" shall mean the standard form of trustee's deed of the trustee of such land trust.

Examples of Grant Deeds in a sentence

  • Possession of the Property shall be delivered by Seller to Buyer on the Closing Date upon recordation of the Grant Deed(s).

  • The term "Close of Escrow" shall mean the consummation of the purchase of the Property by Buyer from Seller and the recordation of Seller's Grant Deed(s) in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Grant Deeds

Grant Deeds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).
