Memorandum of Lease definition

Memorandum of Lease means a memorandum of this Lease, in recordable form, setting forth the following provisions of this Lease: (a) all information any Law requires;
Memorandum of Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(c)(iii).
Memorandum of Lease means a recordable memorandum of the essential terms of the Lease, in the form in Exhibit 3, executed, acknowledged and delivered by the Parties pursuant to Section 2.3.

  • The Lessor shall have received satisfactory evidence of the payment of all recording and filing fees and taxes with respect to any recordings or filings made of each Memorandum of Lease and any UCC financing statements to be filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware (or other appropriate filing office).

  • Lessee hereby grants to the Lessor (or its counsel on its behalf) the permission and right to file, without the signature of the Lessee, any financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code necessary to perfect the Lessor’s interest in the “collateral” under each Memorandum of Lease.

More Definitions of Memorandum of Lease

Memorandum of Lease means each Memorandum of Lease, substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Indenture, covering the Leases referenced therein, and any amendment or other modification thereto, including any modification or substitution therefor required by any Applicable Law.
