Grant Financing definition

Grant Financing means any Debt secured solely by (a) one or more grants provided by a Governmental Authority with respect to assets of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries located at, or used in the opening of the Saarland Facility, (b) the campus, facility, project or other development being financed with the proceeds of such grants and/or (c) and immaterial incidental assets related to the foregoing.
Grant Financing means any Indebtedness secured solely by (x) one or more grants provided by a Governmental Authority with respect to the Saarland Assets after the Closing Date, (y) the campus, facility, project or other development being financed with the proceeds of such grants and (z) and immaterial incidental assets related to the foregoing.
Grant Financing means the grant funding arranged by the Sub-Lessee with the RSD to finance, in part, the Construction of the School Facility pursuant to the Grant Agreement.

Examples of Grant Financing in a sentence

  • Any imported component from a non-free world country makes the indigenous commodity ineligible for the Conditional Grant Financing.

  • CTA intends to finance the Project with Other Financing, including but not limited to CTA Debt, Grant Financing, CTA Bond Financing, and Existing IGA Financing (as such terms are defined in Section 2).

Permanent sources of financing identified on Page 7 of Form 3 to cover development costs (including capitalized operating and replacement reserves) may not include letters of credit, cash from operations, the lease up reserve or other non-cash contributions to the Project.
