Grant Unit definition

Grant Unit means any Unit designated as a Grant Unit in accordance with this Agreement.
Grant Unit means the Grant Unit within the Recipient’s Ministry of Finance.
Grant Unit means (i) prior to the Holdings Reorganization Effective Time, “Grant Unit” as defined in the BGC Holdings LPA and (ii) at and after the Holdings Reorganization Effective Time, the corresponding Equivalent Holdings Equity Interest.

Examples of Grant Unit in a sentence

  • The Lead Partner must allocate any Firm Scheme Grant received in respect of a Non Attributed Grant Unit against Affordable Dwellings (other than Non Attributed Grant Units) in accordance with the process for allocating grant identified in Condition 15.1.

  • The GoMRI Grant Unit shall, as necessary, enter into amendments to the Grant Agreement with the Research Consortium’s Lead Research Institution to reflect the terms of any such changes approved by the Research Board.

  • Promptly after expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Alliance and the GoMRI Grant Unit shall provide to BP a final report of expenditures and commitments related to the GoMRI, and return to BP any unexpended and uncommitted funds that have been previously provided by BP.

  • Such RS Units shall (i) vest on the annual anniversary of the date of grant in equal increments from the date of grant over a period of no greater than five years and no less than three years and (ii) shall otherwise be granted in accordance with and subject to the terms set forth on the form of CGX Restricted Stock Grant Unit approved by the Compensation Committee pursuant to the Consolidated Graphics, Inc.

  • The Grant Recipient must allocate any Firm Scheme Grant received in respect of a Non Attributed Grant Unit against Affordable Dwellings (other than Non Attributed Grant Units) in accordance with the process for allocating grant as identified in Condition 15.1.

  • Pursuant to the GoMRI Grant Administration Agreement, the GoMRI Grant Unit shall agree that the Grant Agreement with the Lead Research Institution for the Approved Research Project(s) to be conducted by the Research Consortium shall subject each Research Institution to all applicable terms of this Agreement and require that the Lead Research Institution shall enter into Subgrant Agreements with all subgrantees receiving GoMRI funds that also subjects such subgrantees to the terms of this Agreement.

  • This Performance Share Grant Unit Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the Grant Date between uniQure N.V., a public limited company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands (the “Company”) and the Participant.

  • Pursuant to this Agreement and the GoMRI Grant Administration Agreement with the Alliance and BP, the GoMRI Grant Unit will enter into Grant Agreements with Research Consortia for Approved Research Projects and distribute funds received from BP to the Research Consortia for Approved Research Projects.

Related to Grant Unit

  • Share Unit means either an RSU or a PSU, as the context requires.

  • Dividend Equivalent Unit means the right to receive a payment, in cash or Shares, equal to the cash dividends or other cash distributions paid with respect to a Share.

  • Deferred Share Unit or “DSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 7;

  • Grant Award The Provider is required to match the grant award as required in the rules implementing the Federal Victims of Crime Act. Match contributions equal to 20 percent (cash or in-kind) of the total cost of each VOCA project (VOCA grant funds plus match contributions) must be reported monthly to the OAG. All funds designated as match contributions are restricted in the same manner and to be expended for the same uses as the VOCA victim assistance grant funds and must be expended within the grant period. Unless otherwise approved by the OAG, match contributions must be reported on a monthly basis in an amount consistent with the amount of funding requested for reimbursement.

  • Deferred Share means a Share which by its terms of issue is a deferred share as defined in the Statutes and includes a permanent interest bearing share and a Core Capital Deferred Share;
