Granting Date definition

Granting Date means the date on which the Committee authorizes the issuance of a Stock Option for a specified number of shares of Stock to a specified Employee.
Granting Date means the date on which the grant of an Option is made effective by the Option Committee.
Granting Date means a date of granting the license under clause 3.3. of the Agreement.

  • The Granting Date shall be the day the Corporation executes the Option Agreement; provided, however, that if appropriate resolutions of the Option Committee indicate that an Option is to be granted as of and on some prior or future date, the Granting Date shall be such prior or future date.
