Examples of Granting Purchaser in a sentence

  • The making of a Purchase by an SPC hereunder shall be deemed to utilize the Commitments of all the Purchasers to the same extent, and as if, such Purchase were made by the Granting Purchaser.

Related to Granting Purchaser

  • Purchaser means the organization purchasing the goods.
