• Each party hereto hereby agrees that no SPC shall be liable for any payment under this Agreement for which a Purchaser would otherwise be liable, for so long as, and to the extent, the related Granting Purchaser makes such payment.

• The funding of a Series 2011-1 Advance by an Accepting Purchaser hereunder shall utilize the Purchase Limit of the Granting Purchaser to the same extent that, and as if, such Series 2011-1 Advance was funded by such Granting Purchaser.
