  • No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of any right, title, and interest of the Grantor Trust Certificateholder to and in their undivided beneficial ownership interest in the Grantor Trust Collateral shall operate to terminate this Agreement or the trusts hereunder or entitle any transferee to an accounting or to the transfer to it of legal title to any part of the Grantor Trust Collateral.

  • Any such trustee shall take such part of the Grantor Trust Collateral subject to the security interest of the Indenture Trustee therein established under the Indenture.

  • The Administrator shall forthwith upon such termination pursuant to Section 10(a) deliver to the Issuing Entity all property and documents of or relating to the Issuing Entity Collateral [and the Grantor Trust Collateral] then in the custody of the Administrator.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.
