Great Affluent definition

Great Affluent has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Great Affluent. Limited"), Dragonfield Limited ("Dragonfield Limited") and Lion Cosmos Limited ("Lion Cosmos Limited"), (i) the Company has issued and sold to GAP LP, GAP Coinvestment, GapStar, GAP-W and GAPCO GmbH Coinvestment convertible promissory notes in the principal amount of $10,000,000 (the "Notes"), which are convertible into shares, par value $0.001 per share, of Series E Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company (the "Series E Preferred Stock") and (ii) Campina Enterprises Limited, Cenwell Limited, Great Affluent Limited, Dragonfield Limited and Lion Cosmos Limited agreed upon the satisfaction of certain conditions to exchange their CK Sub Notes (as hereinafter defined) for shares of Series E Preferred Stock; and

  • Cannabis business means any business activity involving cannabis, including but not limited to cultivating, transporting, distributing, manufacturing, compounding, converting, processing, preparing, storing, packaging, delivering, testing, dispensing, retailing and wholesaling of cannabis, of cannabis products or of ancillary products and accessories, whether or not carried on for gain or profit.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.
