Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.
State building code means the combined specialty codes.
Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).
Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.
Current Good Manufacturing Practices or “cGMP” means applicable Good Manufacturing Practices as specified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations and/or the EU Good Manufacturing Guidelines, and any successor legislation from time to time, prevailing at the time of the manufacture of the Product.

Good Manufacturing Practices or “GMP” means, with respect to the United States, the minimum then-current good manufacturing practices for methods, facilities, and controls to be used for the manufacture, processing, packing, or holding of a drug to assure that it meets the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act for safety and has the identity and strength and meets the quality and purity characteristics, specified in 21 C.F.R. Parts 210 and 211, as may be amended, and, with respect to any other country or jurisdiction, the equivalent regulations in such other country or jurisdiction.
Covered Municipal Building means a building or facility that is owned or occupied by the Town that is 1,000 square feet or larger in size.
Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

Building Standard means the type, grade, brand, quality and/or quantity of materials Landlord designates from time to time to be the minimum quality and/or quantity to be used in the Building.
Public building means any structure, including exte- rior parts of the building, such as a porch, exterior platform or steps providing means of ingress or egress, used in whole or in part as a place of resort, assemblage, lodging, trade, traffic, occupancy, or use by the public or by 3 or more tenants.
Prudent Operating Practice means (a) the applicable practices, methods and acts required by or consistent with applicable laws and reliability criteria, and otherwise engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the electric power industry during the relevant time period in the Western United States, or (b) any of the practices, methods and acts which, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known at the time the decision was made, could have been expected to accomplish the desired result at a reasonable cost consistent with good business practices, reliability, safety and expedition. Prudent Operating Practice is not intended to be limited to the optimum practice, method or act to the exclusion of all others, but rather to acceptable practices, methods or acts generally accepted in the electric power industry in the Western United States.
Construction Zone shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.3 (i);
