Green Deal Charge definition

Green Deal Charge means the payment that you are required to make to the Green Deal Provider under the Green Deal Plan;
Green Deal Charge means the payment that you are required to make to the Green Deal Provider under the Green Deal Plan; “Green Deal Plan” has the meaning given to “green deal plan” in section 1(3) of the Energy Act 2011;
Green Deal Charge means a payment required to be made under a Green Deal Plan by a Green Deal Xxxx Xxxxx, as referred to in section 1(6) of the Energy Act.

  • Subject to Clause 11.6.2 and Standard Conditions 37.9 to 37.12 (Notice of Green Deal Charge arrears) of an Electricity Supply Licence, where a Green Deal Xxxx Xxxxx owes Outstanding Charges that comprise (in whole or in part) Green Deal Charges, the Supplier shall use the same processes and efforts to recover such Green Deal Charge arrears from that Green Deal Xxxx Xxxxx that it uses to collect arrears of Charges for the Supply of Electricity.

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Engineer-in-charge means the officer nominated by the company in the Civil Engineering cadreI discipline who is competent to direct supervisors and authorised to be in charge of the works for the purpose of this contract. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge who is of an appropriate seniority, will be responsible for supervising and administering the contract, certifying payments due to the contractor, valuing variations to the contract, awarding extension of time and valuing compensation events. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge may further appoint his representatives i.e. another personIProject Manager or any other competent person and notify to the contractor who is directly responsible for supervising the work being executed at the site, on his behalf under their Delegation of Powers of the company. However, overall responsibility, as far as the contract is concerned ,will be that of the Engineer in ChargeIDesignated Officer in Charge.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Governmental Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.

  • Retail charge agreement means an instrument prescribing the terms of a secured or unsecured retail installment transaction that may be made under the instrument from time to time and under the terms of which a time price differential is to be computed in relation to the buyer's unpaid balance from time to time.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Section 7 of the Sublease.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.
