Green Loan Sublimit definition

Green Loan Sublimit means the 5-Year Revolver Green Loan Sublimit or 364-Day Revolver Green Loan Sublimit, as the context may require.
Green Loan Sublimit means the Lenders commitment to make Green Loan Advances to Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.1(a) hereof in an aggregate principal amount up to $35,000,000. The Green Loan Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the aggregate Revolving Commitments.
Green Loan Sublimit means an amount equal to the combined Commitments of the Lenders as in effect from time to time. The Green Loan Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the combined Commitments of the Lenders.

Examples of Green Loan Sublimit in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, upon any reduction of the combined Commitments under this Section 2.05 or otherwise, the Green Loan Sublimit shall be reduced on a dollar-for-dollar basis.

  • If, for any reason, (i) the Outstanding Credits exceed the combined Commitments or (ii) the Green Outstanding Credits exceed the Green Loan Sublimit, as in effect or as reduced or because of any limitation set forth in this Agreement or otherwise, the Borrower shall immediately prepay Advances and/or deposit cash in a Cash Collateral Account (without regard to any minimum amount) in an aggregate amount equal to such excess.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in connection with any such Commitment Increase, the Green Loan Sublimit shall also be increased on a dollar-for-dollar basis on the applicable effective date of any Commitment Increase.

  • Within the limits of each Lender’s Commitment, the Borrower may from time to time borrow, prepay pursuant to Section 2.11 and reborrow under this Section 2.01; provided, however, that at no time may (x) the Outstanding Credits exceed the aggregate amount of the Commitments or (y) the Green Outstanding Credits exceed the Green Loan Sublimit.

  • No Letter of Credit or Green Letter of Credit shall be requested or issued hereunder if, after the issuance thereof, (i) the Outstanding Credits would exceed the total Commitments then scheduled to be in effect until the Termination Date, (ii) that portion of the LC Outstandings arising from Letters of Credit issued by an LC Issuing Bank would exceed the amount of such LC Issuing Bank’s Fronting Commitment or (iii) the Green Outstanding Credits would exceed the Green Loan Sublimit.

  • L/C Sublimit means an amount equal to $5,000,000. The L/C Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $15,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Facility. The Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.

  • Issuing Bank Sublimit means, as of the Effective Date, (i) $2,500,000, in the case of Chase and (ii) in the case of any other Issuing Bank, such amount as shall be designated to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing by such Issuing Bank; provided that any Issuing Bank shall be permitted at any time to increase or reduce its Issuing Bank Sublimit upon providing five (5) days’ prior written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

  • Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Alternative Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Aggregate Commitments and $50,000,000. The Alternative Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • L/C Issuer Sublimit means with respect to each L/C Issuer, such amount as may be separately agreed between such L/C Issuer and the Borrower from time to time (with specific notice of such amount, and any change thereto, with respect to each L/C Issuer being promptly communicated to the Administrative Agent), provided that the L/C Issuer Sublimit with respect to any Person that ceases to be an L/C Issuer for any reason pursuant to the terms hereof shall be $0 (subject to the Letters of Credit of such Person remaining outstanding in accordance with the provisions hereof).

  • LC Sublimit means $500,000,000.

  • Revolving Loan Limit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment and (b) the Borrowing Base.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments and (b) $25,000,000. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Revolving Commitments.

  • Swing Loan Commitment means PNC Bank’s commitment to make Swing Loans to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1.2 hereof in an aggregate principal amount up to $10,000,000.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Swing Line Commitment the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

  • Sublimit means the aggregate amount of Warehousing Advances (expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the Warehousing Commitment Amount) that is permitted to be outstanding at any one time against a specific type of Eligible Loan.

  • Foreign Currency Sublimit means $100,000,000.

  • Swing Loan Exposure means, as of any date of determination with respect to any Lender, such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the Swing Loans on such date.

  • Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.

  • Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Inventory Sublimit means the amount(s) set forth in Section 1(d) of Schedule A.

  • Swingline Commitment the obligation of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

  • Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment Amount means, on any date, $5,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Term Loan Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Total Revolving Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • Revolving Loan Outstandings means, at any time of calculation, (a) the then existing aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans, and (b) when used with reference to any single Lender, the then existing outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans advanced by such Lender.

  • Revolving Credit Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments.
