Green Waste Material definition

Green Waste Material means any materials generated from the maintenance or alteration of public, commercial, or residential landscapes that will decompose and/or putrefy including, but not limited to, yard clippings, grass, leaves, shrub/tree trimmings or prunings (less than 4" in diameter), brush, flowers, weeds, dead plants, small pieces of unpainted and untreated wood, and other types of organic waste. For the purposes of this Agreement, such materials shall be source separated and placed by a Generator in a receptacle and/or at a location that is designated for Collection. Green Waste Material is a subset of Organic Materials.

Green Waste Material means any wastes generated from the maintenance or alteration of public, commercial, or residential landscapes including, but not limited to, yard clippings, leaves, shrub/tree trimmings or prunings (less than 4" in diameter), brush, flowers and weeds.

Related to Green Waste Material

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis. Stat. § 292.01.

  • Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.

  • Green Waste Biodegradable waste that can be composed of plant material such as grass or flower cuttings, hedge trimmings and brush less than 1 inch in diameter.

  • Waste pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, non-flowing waste that is used for treatment or storage.

  • Explosive material means any chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a substantial instantaneous release of gas and heat spontaneously or by contact with sparks or flame.
