Greenfield Floor. As defined in Section 7.3(a).

  • Percentage Rent shall remain subject to normal periodic adjustments in accordance with the terms of the Master Lease, but the annual Net Revenue derived from PNRC for purposes of calculating Percentage Rent may not be reduced below the Greenfield Floor.
