Grid Schedule definition

Grid Schedule means the grid schedule annexed hereto as Schedule "A";
Grid Schedule means the schedule of the outstanding Loan from time to time, substantially in the form as set forth in the Schedule "A" hereto;

  • Except as provided elsewhere in this agreement, a teacher shall be paid a basic annual salary no less than the amount determined in accord with the Annual Salary Grid (Schedule A) which is attached to and forms part of this agreement.

  • Each payment in connection therewith shall be placed on the Grid Schedule as well; provided, however, that the failure of Lender to make any such entry shall not limit or otherwise affect the obligations of Borrower under this Note, including without limitation, to repay any unpaid principal or interest, or the right of Lender to enforce the terms of this Note against Borrower.

  • The Corporation hereby appoints the Lender as its duly authorized agent to record on the Grid Schedule all adjustments to the balance of amounts owing hereunder by the Corporation to the Lender from time to time.

Related to Grid Schedule

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Amended Schedule is defined in Section 2.3(b) of this Agreement.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
